Round 3

Ch 1, *inc* into same st, *inc* into next st, sc into next 4 sts, *inc* into next 6 sts, sc into next 4 sts, *inc* into next 4 sts, ss into 1st sc (32).

Round 6

Helpful hint: work this round in the back loop only BLO.

Ch 1, sc BLO into same st, sc BLO into next 35 sts, ss into 1st sc, cut yarn, weave in ends (36).

Round 7

Helpful hint: change to colour (F) yarn in the centre of the back of the boot and we will work this round in the BLO (back loop only).

Ch 1, sc BLO into same st, sc BLO into next 35 sts, ss into 1st sc (36).

Round 8

Sc into next 36 sts, ss into 1st sc (36).

Repeat round 14 (22), at the end of round 19 cut yarn, weave in ends.

Helpful hint: we will attach the sneakers to the bottom of the pants in Part 6 using the yarn left at the end of making the legs.

Shoelaces

Using colour (C) embroider shoelaces in the middle of the front of the shoe.  You can make them straight lines, or crosses or even leave enough yarn to make a bow.

Helpful hint: we will attach the boots to the bottom of the pants in Part 6 using the yarn left at the end of making the legs.

SCRUB CAP

Make one, using colour (G) yarn make a mc.

Round 1

Ch 1, sc 6 into mc, place stitch marker in 6th sc and continue to work in the round (6 sc)

Helpful hint: move the stitch marker and place in the last stitch of each row and this will help keep your stitch count correct and help with row counting, and because we are working quite tightly in the round, I weave my beginning tail in whilst working round 2.

Round 2

Sc 2 into each st (12 sc).

Helpful hint: with my patterns, I usually always start with an increase in the 1st stitch, so if your increase stitch falls in the first stitch of the increase stitch from the last row, your stitch should be correct.

Round 3

Round 4

*Sc 2 into next st, sc into next 2 sts* rep *.* 5 more  times (24 sc).
