PART 3 – Deluxe Bath Gift Set Bath Pouf

I used approximately 65g of MC, and 5g of CC to make my bath pouf – Use hook suitable to your yarn choice

Making the bath or shower pouf is loads of fun, but is time consuming as the last round has 1344 stitches, however the end effect is worth it

Hanging Loop

Using the CC make a magic circle

Round 1: ch 1 (does not count as a st) then sc 21 into mc, ch 55, and then ss into first ch 1 (21 sc + 55 chain loop)

Pouf

Round 2: ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), make 3 dc’s into the same sp, 4 dc’s into each st (84 dc), cut yarn, nj, and weave in ends

Helpful hint: weave in ends now, because as the pouf gets bigger it is harder to weave in the ends from round 1 and 2

Change to MC

Round 3: join MC by making a sl st into any dc from previous round, then ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), make 3 dc’s into the same st, then make 4 dc’s into each st until last st, then sl st into 3rd chain from beginning ch 3 (336 dc)

Round 4: ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), make 3 dc’s into the same st, 4 dc’s into each st, cut yarn, join with a nj, and weave in tails (1344 dc)
